Organizational details for your Soundbath experience:
-We recommend arriving a bit early to get comfortable.
-We provide yoga mats & blankets, but feel free to bring a small pillow and an extra blanket for extra comfort
-Comfortable clothing is recommended so you can fully enjoy the Soundbath (it's okay if it's the stained sweatpants you've been wearing for a week)

About the facilitator
Introducing Adriano (he/him) – an empathetic and accessible soul, a true "rock in the storm." As a certified sound healing facilitator, Adriano's mission is to bring together the queer community and provide a safer space amidst the overwhelming currents of the world.
With a proven method for stress reduction, Adriano aims to guide individuals toward inner balance and peace by synchronizing their energy centers through gentle vibrations.
