PURE WELLNESS WALK

Join us for our Complimentary Monthly Wellness Walk and Pelvic Floor Wellness Experience. This event is open to all patients and women within our community. The purpose of this is to educate women on pelvic health through all stages of womanhood. Our walks consist of a 30 minute pelvic floor workout and a 2 mile walk to the iconic Santa Monica Pier and back. Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
