🌿 The experience lasts between 45-60 minutes, from the comfort of a private, comfortable infusion booth
🌿 You’re in safe hands with a qualified MD administering & monitoring your experience, with the support of a Nurse
🌿 Turn your focus inward with a curated playlist on noise-cancelling headphones, while wearing eye-shades
🌿 Rest and recover before joining a group integration therapy session to help process your experience

Equanimity's multi-disciplinary team has created an evidence-based, legal psychedelic-assisted therapy retreat program that is designed to provide relief for mental health issues while also giving participants the skills and tools to maintain positive mental health outcomes in the long term.

🌿 Our retreats are intimate, with only 8 spots available per intake, allowing for connection and introspection.
🌿 Preparation with a trained psychologist sets you up for the best possible outcomes for your psychedelic-assisted therapy journey.
🌿 Our retreat includes mental health workshops, yoga, meditation, breathwork, an ice bath (optional), and a legal psychedelic-assisted therapy journey administered and monitored by qualified healthcare professionals.
🌿 After the retreat, a psychologist-led integration circle offers support and guidance as you process and make sense of your psychedelic-assisted therapy experience.
