Join me for a complimentary group breathwork experience as I complete the practicum hours for my ELEVATE Breathwork Facilitator Certification through The Lotus Collective.

This session is being offered at no cost as part of my certification practicum requirements. Space is intentionally limited to create a safe, supportive, and intimate environment.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Breathwork is a powerful somatic and energetic practice that can create physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual shifts.
If you have a significant trauma history, PTSD, are currently navigating intense emotional challenges, or feel you may benefit from additional support, I recommend beginning with a private 1:1 breathwork session before attending a group experience. This allows for a more personalized and supportive container.
Certain medical conditions may be contraindicated for breathwork. Please review the waiver carefully and answer all health questions honestly so we can determine whether this experience is appropriate for you.
WHAT TO BRING
✔ Yoga mat
✔ Water
✔ Small snack for grounding afterward
✔ Eye mask or something soft to cover your eyes
✔ Blanket
✔ Comfortable clothing (avoid restrictive or tight clothing)
