A mosaic is created one piece at a time. No single fragment tells the story, yet together they reveal an image of surprising beauty. Some pieces are smooth, others jagged. Some catch the light, while others provide the quiet background that allows the whole to emerge.
Our lives are much the same. Joy and grief, certainty and doubt, accomplishment and disappointment, activity and rest—all become part of who we are. Yoga invites us not to reject any part of our experience, but to bring each piece into relationship with the others through breath, mindful movement, and compassionate awareness.
Join us for a contemplative practice inspired by the gallery's theme of Mosaics. Together we will explore wholeness—not as perfection, but as the gentle art of embracing every piece of ourselves.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is suitable for all bodies and emphasizes presence over performance. Donations appreciated.
