Join us Tuesday evenings for a gentle, community-centered experience blending somatic movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, energy healing, connection, and community.
As we prepare to open Renewal Studios Roanoke in the coming weeks, we’re bringing the experience outdoors and gathering on the beautiful lawn behind the future studio. Each session will be co-led by Page Gordon and a rotating group of local wellness practitioners, teachers, and community members who are helping shape this growing wellness community.
Whether you’re looking to unwind after work, reconnect with your body, meet like-minded people, or simply enjoy a peaceful summer evening outdoors, you’re welcome here.
📍 Meet at 608 Campbell Ave SW, Roanoke, VA
DIRECTIONS: Walk through the breezeway beside the studio’s stained glass windows and follow the path onto the lawn.

💛 Donation-Based
🌿 All experience levels welcome
🪑 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair if desired
Every week will be a little different, reflecting the unique gifts of the practitioners and community members who join us. Think less “fitness class” and more “shared evening of restoration.”
