About this Event
"Filming and Learning Through Living" as a creative multi-agent event 😍
We work together in these 3 days to research the less conscious unique and personal inner dreaming direction, that leads us through our lives, and that it return emerges as a gift to lead our friends, families, teams and organizations through challenging moments.
We invite Mums, CEOs, Social Advocates, Entrepreneurs, Youth in Intergenerational Transformation, Politicians, Nuns and Monks, Nurses and Doctors, Researchers, Artists, Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants, Community Builders, Meditators and more to join us.
Xenia Kuleshova and her film team will film our joint journey. If your leadership journey is filmed, you will be shown a draft version of your reel and can decide if you would want it on youtube or not, you can also ask for specific edits. Nothing will ever be made public without your consent.
This is the third year of DDI’s and Mamaki’s collaboration in Europe. In our first series Beautiful People, we aimed to show how using a Process Work approach in working with individuals shows the inherent beauty of each and all of us.
In 2025, we wanted to be inspiring and useful to people who are not familiar with Arnold Mindell’s Dreambody concept and struggle with body symptoms, leading to the series Miraculous Bodies.
This year, we originally planned to take a break, but then the three of us, Xenia from Mamaki and Ellen and Max from DDI , got super excited by the idea of spotlighting the underlying visions and essences of individual leaders - with the belief that bringing these often-invisible, deeper paths to light can help us recognize and appreciate our own efforts more and inspire others to experiment with awareness based leadership.
For many of us, the word leadership carries connotations of particular roles and characteristics that we may not find very inspiring. We are referring to leadership in a different way. Each of us leads our communities, family systems, and friendship networks since our earliest years in special ways that most often we, ourselves, are not aware of.
Each of us is guided by our own individual precious life myths - timeless, unique, and miraculous, that organize our experiences and reactions as we travel along our journeys. Within the background of our systems, we lead by how we relate to others, how we relate to our bodies, and by the often unusual and maybe even "quirkie" way that we are.
Throuthout our lives, the situations and challenges we face help us connect more deeply with our unique gifts. As we discover and enjoy these gifts ourselves, we can share them with others and hopefully inspire them simply by walking our own paths. In the everyday contexts of our lives and through the roles that we embody, we share our gifts through our actions and attitudes.
We hope to show that in whatever function you lead or co-lead, and however difficult it is, your deeper vision and essence create precious moments for others, and has been doing so long before your current stated role as leader. The difficulties we encounter in leadership can bring forth our greatest gifts. As we discover and share these gifts, they inevitably become a source of inspiration for others.
Together, we work, play, film and learn—capturing our experiences on film as we engage with individuals and groups new to Process Work.
Two interweaving tracks – a Filming Event Track and a Process Work Seminar Track
In the Film Track, we demonstrate and film how we work, co-learn, and play with emerging Dreambody processes as they affect individuals, couples, family care systems, and teams—and how these processes relate to broader collective concepts of leadership.
The Seminar Track also focuses on training. Each morning from 10–11 a.m., we teach skills and inner work practices for engaging with our paths as leaders and seekers. Each day ends with a one-hour group process, where we explore how our personal experiences of leadership relate to collective ideas around gender, age, ethnicity, and more.
Filming Event Track Details and Privacy
Come learn with us as we explore the dreaming power and beauty within your current life challenge. You’ll receive a personal film highlighting your experience—something you can keep for yourself or share to inspire others in similar situations.
Sessions will be held in slow English, and if you’re more comfortable with a translator in your native language, we’ll work with you to make that possible.
We look forward to working, being, and playing with you as we unfold the deeper essence of your leadership gifts. Sessions will last 30–60 minutes, but there’s no strict time limit. If more time is needed, we’ll arrange a follow-up video or voice session. You are welcome to be your full self during this time.
Your Privacy
Your privacy will be fully respected in three ways:
1. You may pause or stop filming at any time (e.g., “I want to talk about my boss, can we stop filming this part?”).
2. You’ll receive a draft of your segment and have full control to request edits or removals—this is guaranteed.
3. If you’re not comfortable with the session overall, we’ll delete the recording entirely.
You will receive your segment as a personal copy, which you’re free to use however you like—whether privately, with family, or publicly on platforms like YouTube or Instagram.
