Join us for an evening of education and meditation!
The evening will begin by learning about pranic healing, a form of energy healing that focuses on the prana, or life force. It's a complementary therapy that helps balance and manage the various energy patterns that make up our physical, spiritual, emotional, and behavioural aspects. Sudheer, a local pranic healer, will also share information about books and courses you can explore for deeper learning.
For the second hour, Sudheer will guide you through a Twin Hearts Meditation. This is a simple but very powerful meditation practice where we bless the earth and seek inner peace, illumination, and spiritual growth. It's a traditional component to pranic healing practices.
