A one-hour sound bath using crystal singing bowls is a deeply immersive experience that uses sound to promote relaxation and healing.Benefits of a Sound Bath but not limited to:
• Deep Relaxation: The sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls help to calm the mind and body, allowing for a profound state of relaxation.
