Following the incredible community support for our Power in Pink event, we are turning our focus to men's health this September. What better way to support the dads, brothers, partners, and mates in our lives than by coming together to move, breathe, and raise vital funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.
The Details
The Experience: A 75-minute Power Vinyasa practice driven by a dynamic, uplifting playlist. Co-taught by Hamish and Lucy.
The Connection: Your $30 ticket includes the 75-minute power flow followed by simple blue-themed post-class nibbles and a chance to connect with the community.
The Cause: 100% of profits go directly to the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ to fund life-saving research and support systems for Kiwi men and their whānau.

Whether you are moving for yourself, a family member, or a friend, your presence helps raise critical awareness. Please feel free to wear your favourite blue gear, bring your yoga mat, and a water bottle.
