Through the power of deep, connected breathing, you can move from the busy, burdened mind into the body — allowing yourself to fully feel, express, and release stored tension and emotions.
Breath is a potent medicine, enabling us to access our inner healing and return to a state of homeostasis. It acts as a bridge to the subconscious, allowing you to release deeply ingrained limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back.
This frees up space for creative insights, clarity, inner wisdom, guidance, and even states of ecstatic bliss. In a world where we rarely have space to fully express the full range of our emotions — whether it’s rage, pleasure, grief, or joy — this journey offers a safe container to explore and release these feelings without judgment.

We work with Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao, a sacred plant medicine that helps you reconnect with your heart, opening you to healing, wisdom, and inner guidance.
Paired with breathwork, cacao enhances the process, supporting shifts in deeply ingrained belief systems and accessing higher states of consciousness.

Liam Miko holds a deep, grounding, and calm presence, creating a safe, judgment-free space to fully feel and express the full spectrum of human emotions. As a trained facilitator in Biodynamic Breathwork, Liam intuitively weaves his magic into the experience, using instruments such as didgeridoos, medicine drums, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and sacred healing chimes to support deep healing and transformation.
