Wellbeing for Creatives
At its heart, Wellbeing for Creatives is about creative people supporting one another to nurture resilience, inspiration and a sense of belonging together. Through guided reflection, shared conversation and gentle wellbeing practices, participants are supported to recognise their strengths, broaden their resources and build meaningful community.
Wellbeing for Creatives is hosted by Jennifer Maghzal is a multidisciplinary creative and community educator with a background in visual art, graphic design and dance. Alongside her creative practice, she has facilitated workshops and community spaces in the UK and NZ that centre inclusion, expression and collaborative learning. In recent years, Jennifer has undertaken formal studies in counselling, Person-Centred and Solution Focused modalities in particular, to more responsibly support her communities. Informed by both professional training and lived experience, her approach is compassionate, strengths-based and grounded in the belief that creativity and connection are powerful foundations for holistic wellbeing, resilience, growth and belonging.
