Join us for a 60-minute all-levels yoga class that supports a great cause! This event is happening at Gem Creek Brewing Co on March 22, 2026 at 11:30 AM (Eastern Time). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come move, breathe, and connect with others while supporting Adaptt Rochester, a human services organization providing women and children experiencing poverty and/or homelessness with the tools and resources they need to empower themselves and achieve their purpose. Please bring a mat and any props you may find useful—let’s make a difference together!
