This rejuvenating morning is centered around a unique fusion of yoga with Qigong-inspired moves. Spiraling, embodied movements are designed to awaken strength, mobility, and energy flow. No experience necessary–Come as you are.
Movement is guided to feel good in the body — nourishing, intuitive, and genuinely effective for physical health — helping you reconnect with your inner feminine energy.
Next, you will sink into a guided meditation from the book Wise Wild Surrender, written by Jennifer Marks Muscato, gently awakening and deepening the connection to the feminine within.
The morning concludes with a spring sound bath, honoring the feminine nature of creation, renewal, and becoming. Like seeds awakening beneath warm earth, sound creates space for new energy, fresh intentions, and what is ready to blossom within.
