Divine Flow is an intimate group sound journey led by Hayley Godfrey. Divine Flow consists of Guided Meditation, Frequency Healing, Melodic Tones, Conscious Breath Flow, Community Connection, and Inner Sacred Presence. When we come into a space where we are intentionally creating stillness, the body remembers it is able to breathe- release - restore. The mind is given the opportunity to process- reset- consciously expand. The spirit is offered space to be seen- to be heard- to be honored.
This time & space is here to hold you in a safe container, and allow your essence to receive exactly what it’s truly meant to.
If you’re joining in please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, & pen. We have chairs, and extras of these items in the space if needed. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled into the space.
