Join Hayley, Kara, and Elise for a deeply nurturing healing session of Reiki Energy Healing, Intentional Breathwork, Sound Healing Journey, and Chakra Vocal Toning designed to harmonize your energy centers and open the pathways of flow within.
Through gentle Sound Frequencies, Intuitive Reiki, Breathwork, and Guided Toning Practices, we’ll move through each chakra to release blockages, awaken vitality, and return to balance.
Allow yourself to soften, receive, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Please bring a comfortable mat, blanket, pillow, journal, and pen for reflection and integration.
