Cosmic Breath & Sound Experience Sunday March 15th 1pm-3pm

A guided breath work and sound healing journey that will reset and revive the nervous system as well as create deep connection within the body. When our breath is guided we give ourselves permission to let go of what is no longer needed within the body, allowing ourselves to be held with compassion as the sound frequencies guide our revitalized energy back to us. Being in this space creates a deep sense of connection with self, and could allow for deep emotional release within ones being.
Please bring layers of comfort - Yoga mat, blanket, pillows, journal- Some provided as well in the space.
