Poses by the Stairs: Taproom Yoga at Roses by the Stairs Brewing

Join us at Roses By The Stairs Brewing for a slow, stretchy yoga flow. After class, enjoy a refreshing brew included with your ticket, non-alcohol options available as well. All levels invited to stretch, sip, and make new friends!

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:

• Yoga mat- Mats not provided at event.

• Water

• Any props you like to use (blocks, bolster, blanket, etc.)

• Layer up, keep in mind there are some fans on in the room so bring a sweater or wear comfortable layers so you can stay warm.

• Large additional lot across the street
