This class focuses on building a mindful connection with your body, exploring foundational grips, positioning, and safe transitions with strength and ease. Through simple yet expressive spins and flexibility-focused techniques, you’ll develop confidence, grace, and a deeper awareness of your own power.
No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open heart. This is your invitation to move, explore, and embrace the strength already within you.
**This class is a pre-requisite for the 4 week Composition Pole series.
