This class is on the Mezzanine Level of the Parkersburg Art Center (second floor, overlooking the main gallery).
Get to know the Sacral Chakra energy center of our bodies, through yoga.
We'll be focused on poses and breathing that open the doors to trust, connection and creativity.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too.
Questions are always highly encouraged! Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth! Hope to see you there!
