Mark your calendar and save the date for Open Pole Practice!
Come refine your pole skills in a relaxed, self-guided environment! Open Pole is a dedicated time for students to practice what they’ve learned in class, work on transitions, build strength, and explore their personal flow. While no formal instruction will be provided, a staff member will be present to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
This is the perfect opportunity to drill techniques, try out choreography, or simply enjoy moving at your own pace. Whether you're focusing on spins, climbs, or freestyle movement, Open Pole is your time to play, create, and grow in your practice!
Prerequisite: Must have taken at least one pole class prior to attending.
Note: Be mindful of others sharing the space, and always prioritize safety in your practice.
Limited to 3 people so each person has enough time on the pole for practice. If you and a friend would like to share a pole, please contact Cheryl at [email protected]
Available Open Pole Practice dates: May 21st, and/or May 28th, and/or June 4th.
6:30-7:30pm. $15/per date. Use the ticket link to register.
