Join us for a transformative evening of ecstatic dance, cacao, and community connection! Michelle from the nook will open the space with cacao ceremony and close the space supporting the return from the journey. We’ll gather to move freely, release what no longer serves, and dive into an authentic journey of movement led by DJ Laura, who will guide us through a carefully curated musical landscape to move our bodies in whatever way feels right. This a substance and judgement free event for authentic expression. Dress comfortably, bring water and come with an open heart.
