✨ We begin with a ceremonial tea ritual, awakening our senses to the plant’s essence.
✨ A guided sensorial exploration—tasting, smelling, feeling—will help us attune to its subtle energies.
✨ Through meditation, we journey inward to meet the spirit of the plant and receive its guidance or healing.
Our ancestors walked hand-in-hand with the plants, honouring them as kin, teachers, and healers. In this time of change, they call us back into remembrance.
