Small intimate classes of 4 students held in the heart of Market Harborough.
Welcome to all, including complete beginners.
You will have your own yoga mat, bolster, strap, eye pillow and blanket to use during the session.
My classes are an environment for everyone whether you have practised yoga for years or have never been to a class before.
❤️The atmosphere I create is that of a non judgmental, safe and welcoming space❤️
❤️Each week my classes run with a different theme, varying from physical aspects of the body, emotions, and moon yoga; creating a journey for your practise.
🌟Every class ends with a beautifully calm and serene guided relaxation🌟
