Come join me for a Science-based Sound Bath specifically designed for neurodiverse individuals.
This is a calm, welcoming space where everyone is accepted exactly as they are — no pressure, no expectations.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a peaceful experience where you’re surrounded by soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. You can lie down, sit up, or even have a little wiggle — whatever helps you feel comfortable.
Benefits you may enjoy:
• Reduces stress and sensory overload
• Encourages deep rest and better sleep
• Helps regulate your nervous system
• Promotes emotional release and inner calm
• Gives you space to simply be yourself without judgement.
Here’s what to expect:
• The session will last about 1.5 hours.
• You’ll experience a full sound bath: a series of calming sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs.
• Only a maximum group of 6.
• Clear structure: so you know what to expect.
• You are in control: You can sit, lie down, or move around as needed.
• Bring comfort items: weighted blankets, pillows, noise-canceling headphones, or stim tools are welcome.
• Lighting will be soft and adjustable.
• After the sound bath, you have the option to share your experience or leave immediately.
• A kind facilitator who gets it (and who is also ADHD)

Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
If you wear hearing aids of any kind, please remove them prior to the session.
