As Christmas approaches, elevate your energy with a day of sacred sound, ceremony & deep soul connection
This is more than a retreat—it’s a gathering of voices, hearts, and energy, woven together through sound, ritual, and shared experience.
As the longest night of the year gently beckons, we gather in circle to honour the gentle hush, the turning inward, and the quiet rebirth that winter solstice brings. This is a sacred pause amidst the build up to Christmas—a gift to yourself, a moment to warm the heart with ceremonial cacao, awaken the voice through mantra, and rest deeply in sound and silence. You'll leave feeling restored, heart-full and ready for the holidays.
Held at the beautiful Roundhouse, this retreat invites you to:
🌙 Sip heart-opening cacao in ceremony
🕯️ Chant (or if you prefer, simply listen to) soul-stirring mantra with gentle guidance
🎶 Receive immersive sound healing to soothe and restore
💫 Reflect, relax, and connect in a nurturing space
🧘♀️ Rest into the wisdom of the season with mats, bolsters, and blankets provided
You're warmly encouraged to bring your own favourite soft and fluffy things—pillows, blankets, shawls, socks, or anything that helps you feel truly comfy and cosy, as this is a mostly floor based day.
A nourishing homemade vegetarian lunch, cake, snacks, and drinks will be lovingly provided throughout the day.
If you've attended a sound bath, you'll know how beautiful it can be to simply receive the vibrations, but this immersive day invites you to become part of the music, the resonance, and the collective energy. Through interactive mantra practices, heart-opening cacao, and deep sonic journeys, we will co-create a space of connection, healing, and transformation.

Limited spaces available, as this will be a small group in an intimate setting—come and be part of the energy.
Price is £77pp early bird until 1st November, after which £88pp. Deposit (non-refundable unless your space can be filled) of £40 secures your space with balance due on or before 1st December.
