Plant Connection with Katy Russell It’s easy to forget that we humans, are part of nature. We get caught up in the hamster wheel of life and become disconnected from our true essence. When this happens, our vibration becomes lower, leaving us more apt to become imbalanced. Our time together will serve as a reminder of our connection with nature by immersing with earth elements as we create a potted plant to take home for continued connection.
Plants naturally transmute energy with ease. They also absorb what is around them. If you speak ill words to your plants, it will show. So imagine what happens when you speak kind words. We will spend our time honoring nature, ourselves, and our plants.
As we speak into our plants, we create a relationship not only with that plant, but also within ourselves. Anytime honoring nature is also honoring ourselves. Take this time with me to slow down, connect with the earth, and thus connect with the self. Our time will include a guided meditation, layering earth elements into our pots to support a healing plant. Crystals and other adorations will also be available for further connection and honor.
