This month's Reiki Share will be set within a healing crystal grid. Our entire evening will be supported with healing energy! As we gather, our intentions will be amplified, sure to prove for an amazing evening of healing and balance.
We will begin our evening with an aspect of self-healing, filling our own cups, before sharing with others. Katy will guide the group through each step of the way, so experience is not of concern. We encourage the reiki-curious, reiki students and practitioners to join.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation which includes aspects of meditation, breathwork, and laying hands. Katy combines Reiki with multiple spiritual tools to enhance the experience and utilize our own intuitive gifts.
This experience is for anyone who feels drawn to it. Benefits of reiki include a balanced state of being: body, mind, and soul. What that means for each person will be very individual. Sometimes this includes aspects of "letting go" and other times inspiration.
We have a strong Reiki community with many pillars who are excited to offer support and guidance. Katy has over 100 reiki students in Southern California and many return to the shares for practice and community. We look forward to seeing you there.
All lineages and levels of experience are welcomed. Non-experience is welcomed as well.
Please wear comfortable clothing and kindly refrain from wearing perfume or heavy scents. A clean pair of socks and water are recommended.
