In this 90min vinyasa flow, your instructor, Alicia Richardson will combine multiple modalities to help completely nourish the mind, body and soul. Class will begin with intention setting and breath work bringing the mind into the present moment. Followed by a carefully structured vinyasa flow to help discover balance, strength and understanding of the body. Ending with a soul nourishing savasana sequence to help unravel and let go of what no longer serves you while intentionally building the practice to see the future with peace, relaxation and joy.This class is for all levels with lots of modifications and hands on adjustments. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. We'll provide the rest.
