Does stress have you out of alignment with yourself? As humans, we cannot sustain a prolonged state of stress in a healthful way. Our nervous system isn't made to live at the high-speed pace of modern day humanity. A dysregulated nervous system can show up as anxiety, PTSD, depression, burnout, overwhelm, insomnia, poor attention, poor digestion, poor memory, addiction, exhaustion, over reactivity, etc. Prolonged periods of living in this dysregulated, stress state can cause health problems far beyond those mentioned above. ALIGNED is series of workshops, with Sage Sanctuary founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez, that regulates and re-aligns the nervous system through experiences and education. From gentle movement and meditation, to awareness and acupressure techniques, to improving thought patterns and processes, and so so much more. You'll not only leave, feeling balanced and blissed, but you'll go home with practical tools to use in times of need. Enjoy a new experience each session to guide the nervous system into alignment.
