Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:
âś” A dynamic 45-minute Pilates session
âś” Focus on strength, flexibility & posture
âś” A feel-good workout to boost energy & reduce stress
✔ Mixed ability class – all levels welcome (ages 18+)
âś” Group setting (max 14 people)
What to bring:
âś” A Yoga/Pilates mat
âś” Comfortable workout clothes
