Pilates & Praise: The Anniversary

Pilates & Praise is where faith, wellness and sisterhood come together.
What began as a simple act of obedience through TheYBBNetwork’s very first gathering has now grown into a beautiful community of women seeking to steward their faith, their bodies, and their purpose with intention.

This special anniversary edition of Pilates & Praise will bring together women from across Los Angeles for an afternoon of movement, worship, and Christ-centered encouragement. Our time together will include a 50-minute sculpt mat Pilates session, worship, a message, prayer, and intentional time for fellowship and connection.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or simply looking for a faith-filled space to recharge, this gathering is designed to leave you refreshed in both body and spirit. Come expecting community, encouragement, and a beautiful afternoon rooted in Christ.

Athleisure / comfortable workout clothing
