MU Heels: Two Free Classes This Afternoon :Come move with us — one standing, one grounded. Open to all levels, heels optional.
✨ Class A: Elevate : Rise into your power.
🕐 1:30–2:30 PM(Doors open 1:25 PM)
Posture, walks, standing choreography
Great for beginners and returning dancers
🌙 Class B: Melt: Sink into your softness.
🕑 2:45–3:45 PM(Doors open 2:40 PM)
Floorwork, hip rolls, emotional flow
Kneepads strongly recommended
