Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn the art of making traditional Polish pierogies from scratch! Your instructor is Christel Banashek, owner of Josephine’s Kitchen, a Winchester-based catering business known for its authentic international cuisine and Polish specialties.
Whether you’re new to pierogies or looking to perfect your technique, this interactive class is a delicious way to learn, have fun, and bring a piece of Polish tradition into your own kitchen.
What You’ll Learn
• How to make a basic pierogi dough from scratch
• Three delicious fillings: Apple, Mushroom, and Potato-Cheese
• Step-by-step techniques for rolling, cutting, filling, and sealing pierogies
You’ll watch the dough and fillings being prepared and then get hands-on practice shaping your own pierogies. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy sampling each variety.
