🌟 Young Pasta Chef Competition X Napoli Matfia (Presented by FWD Max Academy)
Out of all the talented applicants across the city, five incredible young chefs have been shortlisted through the qualifying stages, and will finally take centre stage! They’ll showcase their creativity and technique as they make their version of ravioli, receiving direct feedback and tasting notes from Chef Napoli Matfia himself.

Chef Napoli Matfia will deliver a live demonstration of his signature dish. This is your exclusive, front-row view of his world-class skills and techniques in action!

從全城才華四溢的參賽者之中脫穎而出，經由FWD 富衛保險重重關卡選出的 5 位意粉小廚神將聚首一堂，以自創餡料及食譜展現各自的料理創意和技巧，最後由 @napolimatfia 親自品評嚐味。
