What is the Career Fair?
Inspiring Girls Hong Kong connects ambitious girls aged 14–16 with professional women like you — women whose real stories crack open a world they couldn't yet see. Through honest conversation, unexpected connections, and a room buzzing with possibility, we help girls discover what they're capable of — and who they could become.

Our Goal
We're building a Hong Kong where no girl ever has to say "I didn't know that was for someone like me." Every time a girl meets a role model who looks like her, sounds like her, or came from where she came from — something shifts. A ceiling lifts. A path appears. That's what you make possible.

Event Format: Free-Flow Throughout the Day

This isn't a formal conference. It's a celebration.

The day is free-flow and energetic — girls move between stations, and so do you. There's no script, no rigid agenda, and no pressure. Just real conversations that matter.

As a role model, you'll:

— Share your story in intimate small-group conversations through our Human Library — your journey, your pivots, your truth.

— Drop into SolveHers Workshops, where girls are brainstorming bold ideas and need someone like you to believe in them.

— Move freely, mingle, cheer, and simply be there — a visible, powerful reminder of what's possible.

The atmosphere? Joyful, supportive, and electric. You'll leave energized.

Flexible Time Commitment
We've made this as easy as possible to say yes to.
