If our inaugural concert Music for a While offered a sweet escape from the hustle of daily life, then our second concert, From Passion to Compassion , warmly invites you to connect more deeply with the world and explore the profound emotional journey from suffering to empathy.

Led by guest conductor Dr. Andrew Hon, Voce Continuo will present David Lang’s Pulitzer Prize-winning the little match girl passion , Joel Thompson’s Seven Last Words of the Unarmed , along with moving choral works by Caroline Shaw and Jake Runestad. From minimalist pulses to luminous harmonies, this concert gives voice to the overlooked and and let music become a bridge of compassion — where love is clearly heard in every note.
