About this Event
Pharos Athletic Club Echo Park invites the community to a free Open House featuring expert-led fitness clinics and classes, followed by a neighborhood block party.

The morning will feature complimentary classes and clinics designed for all fitness levels followed by a neighborhood block party alongside local small businesses.
SCHEDULE:
Foundational Power! (8:00 – 10:00 AM)
A total-body fusion of Pilates and boxing focused on building foundational strength through balance, rotation, and breathwork.
Rowing Clinic (8:00 AM | 60 minutes)
A technique-driven session to improve efficiency, build power, and refine form. Open to all levels, with practical coaching on pacing and performance.
Repair (10:30 – 11:30 AM)
A restorative clinic designed to reset the body and nervous system through myofascial release, deep stretching, and mindful breath.
Sweat & Party Clinic (Time TBA)
A high-energy, women-centered strength training session focused on core, glutes, and upper body. Designed to build lean muscle, improve posture, and challenge myths around strength training. Open to all.
SPRING FLING BLOCK PARTY (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Following the morning sessions, attendees are invited to a neighborhood block party featuring music, food, and local small businesses from the Echo Park community.
