Celebrate visionary filmmakers from around the world! More than 160 films will be screened and over animators and filmmakers from the Pacific Northwest and around the world will be in attendance to represent and discuss their work.
The festival also includes dome film screenings in the Kendall Planetarium, Virtual Reality showcases, Q&A sessions with filmmakers, augmented reality demonstrations, keynotes, panel discussions and parties.
PFCAT has emerged as one of North America's largest animation-focused events, featuring 100+ animated shorts and animated feature films.
All weekend films before 5pm are suitable for all-ages.
PFCAT Creator Expo will take place Saturday, Aug. 22, from 11 am–2pm and it is free with advance registration. The Expo connects filmmakers, animators, students, and creators with organizations, educational programs, and industry resources. Attendees can participate in hands-on activities, meet industry professionals, and explore pathways into creative careers.

On Aug. 23rd, the festival will conclude with a party and award ceremony in OMSI’s Theory restaurant.
