Pelvic Floor yoga + workshop

Join the Flourish Mom Co. community for a 1.5-hour workshop and yoga class with Amy Aronson designed to help you reconnect with and better understand your pelvic floor. You’ll learn about its anatomy and function, explore how imbalance or tension can show up, and be guided through a nourishing yoga practice. Leave feeling more grounded and connected in your body, mind & spirit.

Amy Aronson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialty in pelvic health, pregnancy & postpartum care. She is also a certified yoga instructor with over 7 years of experience integrating holistic healing practices into her work. She is the Owner of Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy. Amy finds so much purpose & passion in helping people feel more aligned & connected to their bodies through yoga, mindfulness & physical movement practices.
