Join us for this important topic for women’s health. This workshop emphasizes the relationship between the pelvic floor and the body’s stress and hormonal systems. Chronic stress often leads to tension in the pelvic floor, while hormonal fluctuations—such as those experienced during menopause, pregnancy, or menstrual cycles—can impact pelvic floor function. This workshop will provide tools to address both of these concerns. We will learn about the pelvic floor and the stress response, explore yoga poses for pelvic floor relaxation, and discuss hormonal shifts through the life cycle and how we can address these shifts.
