This workshop will help you plan ahead before a potential health crises. It will cover the differences between a Power of Attorney (POA) for Health and a Financial POA, and how to fill out the POA paperwork to ensure it's there when it's needed. The factors that go into Do Not Resuscitate Orders will also be covered, along with the corresponding paperwork. Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of a supportive atmospher when considering these decisions.

This event will be held in the Community Room at Menomonee Falls Public Library, W156 N8436 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
The Library has a variety of accessible parking spots located near the Library's entrance. We have a limited number of wheeled walkers and wheelchairs available inside the Library.
The Community Room is located on the first floor of the Library. This space is ADA accessible and is equipped with a hearing loop assistive listening system.
Enter the Library through the automatic doors, then turn right and head towards the Community Room hallway.
