Take time to reconnect and unwind together this Valentine's Day.This 90-minute experience blends gentle partner stretching with a deep, restorative sound bath.
During the first 50 minutes, you’ll explore slow, intentional stretches done in pairs — movements that ease tension through the spine, hips, and upper body, inviting communication, balance, and shared breath. It’s not yoga; it’s connection through mindful motion.
You’ll then settle into 30 minutes of immersive sound — crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and ocean drums — guiding the body into full relaxation. The vibrations help release stress, calm the nervous system, and realign you with your partner as the season of togetherness begins. Partners, Couples, and Close friends encouraged to join in!
