Mystic Arts: Intro to The Blood Mysteries

Introduction to The Blood Mysteries is an immersive women’s ritual/class devoted to healing sacral trauma, reclaiming cyclical wisdom, and restoring reverence for the blood, the body, and the wild feminine. Through cyclical breath, lower-chakra somatic movement, tea ceremony, foot washing, and sacred witnessing, we gather to honor what has long been shamed, silenced, or controlled.
This is a space where anger, grief, fear, tenderness, and power are all welcome. Where resistance is not something to bypass, but something to listen to. Where menstruation, menopause, and every threshold in between are remembered as holy initiations.
Come to initiate or deepen your relationship with your body.
Come to re-member the Goddess.
Come claim your place in the Red Tent.
