Join Helen from Essential Parenting for a friendly, welcoming drop in clinic for parents and grandparents.
This relaxed session offers evidence based support around:
• sleep and routines
• feeding and weaning
• behaviour and big emotions
• child development
• parenting wellbeing
You are also welcome to have your little one weighed and measured if you would like.
Enjoy a relaxed morning with other parents. Optional jacket potato lunch is available to purchase on the day.
