This isn't about creating perfect art. It's about creating space for yourself.
Paint + Sound is an immersive evening of guided meditation, intuitive painting, and live crystal bowl sound healing. No experience needed, color and curiosity lead the way.
We'll open with a grounding meditation, then move into painting while held in a live sound journey. We close with a quiet Gallery Walk, a chance to witness what came through and share if you feel called.
Come as you are. Leave with something you made. All materials will be provided.
