KMC SF will be closed December 22-29.
Everyone, whether religious or non-religious, is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from problems and suffering. We can fulfill these wishes through understanding and practicing the Buddha’s method of training the mind.
By learning how our mind works, we can transform our difficulties into opportunities for inner growth and development. By changing our mind from negative to positive, we can remain calm and happy and become a source of reliance for others.
First timers will recieve two free class pases for any Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday meditation class.
What to Expect:
Simple guided meditation
Practical teaching on how to solve problems in daily life
No experience necessary, everyone welcome
Two free class passes.
