Page-Turners Young Writers Group: Bookish Inspiration
About this Event
Bring your favourite story – a novel, comic, poetry collection, movie or song – and learn how to turn the best bits of it into your own piece of storytelling. Through a variety of writing exercises, young writers will practise drawing inspiration from the genres they love to create something original.
Page-Turners Young Writers Group is a new regular program for writers aged 12-16. Every third Wednesday of the month, participants explore creative writing techniques on a particular theme and connect over a shared interest.
