About this Event

Our health is determined by what we consume, and our gut microbiome is completely unique. Discover how lifestyle medicine can help prevent common chronic diseases through the lens of nutrition. This engaging session is led by a clinical dietician and chef who will explore the science behind how certain dietary patterns and choices can promote healthy ageing across the life course.


This event is presented in collaboration with the Healthy Longevity Group, part of the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney.

The Charles Perkins Centre

This event is presented in collaboration with the Healthy Longevity Group, part of the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney. The group takes a multidisciplinary approach to tackling age-related chronic diseases through innovative research and community education.


ABOUT THE VENUE:

MARRICKVILLE PAVILION AND LIBRARY is accessible by lift from both the street and ground levels. The venue is accessible for people using wheelchairs and other mobility aids. There is a hearing loop available.
