For this tasting we are hopping in our Ferrari Lamborghini and heading to flavour valley. Broom broom.

Emilia Romagna is one of the most famous food and wine regions in Italy. Parmigiana cheese, Parma Prosciutto, Modena Vinegar... all made here. Also cars.

For this tasting we will be trying a selection of local whites and reds, alongside some serious Lambrusco and Amaro.
